Australian Map Circle
 
The Australian Map Circle (AMC) is a national group of map producers, users and curators, which acts as a medium of communication for all those interested in maps.
Boston Map Society
 
The Harvard Map Collection is home to the Boston Map Society. The society was formed in 1994 to bring together people with an interest in collecting, studying, using, and preserving maps.
Edmonton Map Society

Institute of Australian Geographers

NACIS is a professional society dedicated to the advancement and cooperation of all cartographic disciplines. Members include practicing cartographers, educators, map librarians, and map collectors.
Ordnance Survey Britain's National Mapping Agency

Society for Conservation GIS
 
A non-profit organization that builds community, provides knowledge, and supports individuals using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and science for the conservation of natural resources and cultural heritage.
Society of Cartographers
 
UK Society founded in 1964 aiming to support the practising cartographer and encourage and maintain a high standard of cartographic illustration.
Texas Map Society
