My name is Jim Veber and I am German, travelling often to UK, Greece and Turkey. I am a cartography fan and antique map collector since 1996, doing my best to find new useful online map resources. I have over 40 valuable maps in my collection from a lot of places in the world; Greece, Turkey, UK, Morocco and Germany. I always wanted to have my own website in order to share useful online resources with other cartography lovers.

Please note that this is a non-profit directory and not a commercial one. It is based on a free directory script and was launched as a subdomain on another website in June 2004. From late November 2004, I purchased the links4maps.com domain - moving my listings in here - hoping that this map directory will prove to be useful and rich enough as a central reference point for cartography and map fans worldwide.

I will be delighted to receive your feedback on the Links 4 Maps project as well as the category structure I have decided to provide. Please feel free to add a link or modify your own one or rate a website after you have carefully reviewed it.
